Once you stop eating it for a while, you really won’t want it anymore. At least, that’s been my experience. I’ve trained myself to crave a spinach salad with strawberries and mandarin oranges instead. I ate a potato chip yesterday (just to try it, I didn’t really want it) and my stomach tweaked out. In a bad way. Just stop eating it and your body will realize how nasty it is !
